Yemen Appoints New Cultural Affairs Advisor at Its Embassy in Ankara
In a recent diplomatic development, the Embassy of Yemen in Ankara has appointed Ibtisam Ali Hassan Al-Shatter as the Cultural Affairs Advisor. This move is seen as part of efforts to enhance cultural cooperation between Yemen and Turkey.

Ibtisam is the daughter of Brigadier General Ali Hassan Al-Shatter, the former Director of the Moral Guidance Department in the Yemeni Ministry of Defense.
